This is a **team transcription of values visible in the signed-in Forge project** on 2026-09-23, not a raw Forge report export. - High findings displayed: repeated full-ledger scans per operation (**Data Gravity**); full-file rewrite after each accepted operation (**Payload Bloat**); ledger behavior needs executable specifications (**Tribal Knowledge**).
- The code source analyzed was the uploaded synthetic ZIP. Its `bank.cob` SHA-256 is `f4730e6d2b3867a5d8908a6dc0f77e714826f15d23118a3f8e42d7f0b2afc21d`; the current local file has later explanatory-header edits while the batch logic remains the same.

The Assessment covers the legacy source uploaded to Forge. The Python engine, tests, modern website, and 1980s terminal were authored locally and are outside that original ZIP. The raw Forge Assessment report is pending export; this page records only the observed subset.
