**Planning versus implementation:** Forge generated analysis and planning documents. The Python batch engine, websites, tests, and benchmark harness were authored locally. The documents include proposals and assumptions that are not implemented, including a safe temporary-file replacement step, append-only audit retention, a FastAPI option, and a Forge Shipping pipeline. Current `modern/bank.py` writes its ledger once directly, while the demo site's API uses the Python standard library and holds audit data in memory. Treat these as documented follow-up gaps, not delivered behavior. The 33 Forge stories and 132 Forge test cases are proposed work, not implemented features or executed tests; the executable local suites total 108 passing tests (33 core, 5 modern, 50 website, 20 operator-terminal). Parity applies to the valid fixed-width fixture domain; duplicate account IDs and overflow cases are deliberate safety divergences documented in the tests.
